It is a grouping of several simple and easy data types under one name by using keywords. It begins to end when we create a structure data like given below.

User’s name, name, salary, date of birth, date of joining, department, place, etc.

How we write structure data type by using keywords:

Type: begin of emp,

• Student id(10) type :num
• Name (20) char(c)
• DOB type (D),
• sal(20) type (num),
• Place (10) char (c);
• End of emp.
